Job Description:


Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
• Design eye-catching graphics for our products and packaging, ensuring they are attractive and align with the brand guidelines.
• Create and edit multimedia content, including videos and animations, to enhance our online presence and promotional efforts.
• Work closely with the creative team to maintain brand consistency across all platforms and marketing materials.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices to continuously improve the quality and innovation of our designs.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas and creative solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
• Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and execute creative designs that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the intended message.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual composition.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Effective communication skills to articulate ideas and present design concepts to stakeholders.
• A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field is preferred but not required, as exceptional talent and experience will also be considered.
