Lucien Solutions is a digital solutions company providing end to end design and development solutions for companies and startups.

We are looking for a passionate and creative Graphic Designer with a strong foundation in fine arts and illustration to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with a few years of experience to develop their design skills and contribute to a variety of creative projects.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop creative and visually engaging graphic design solutions for a variety of print and digital media (e.g., logos, brochures, social media graphics, website elements).
  • Contribute to the brainstorming process and present design ideas under the guidance of senior designers.
  • Translate client requirements and brand guidelines into compelling and effective visuals.
  • Utilize illustration skills to create unique and engaging artwork for various design projects.
  • Support the design team with maintaining a high level of design consistency across all projects.
  • Learn and collaborate effectively with copywriters, web developers, and other team members.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Illustration, or a related field (preferred).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your artistic talents and potential for design (freshers can include student projects, personal artwork, or freelance work).
  • Solid understanding of design principles (e.g., composition, color theory, typography) (knowledge can be developed through coursework or personal projects).
  • Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) (willingness to learn is a plus).
  • Experience with Canva is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow in a professional design environment.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresher


Pay:
₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
