Responsibilities:
Oversee the coordination and management of multiple construction projects, from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as the primary point of contact for various project stakeholders, including architects, consultants, engineers, suppliers, contractors, and government bodies.
Facilitate effective communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution to maintain project progress.Feasibility Report Preparation:
Prepare comprehensive and well-researched feasibility reports for potential construction projects in Mumbai. Conduct in-depth analysis, financial assessments, and risk evaluations to determine project viability and viability.
Government Regulations and Permits:
Stay up-to-date with local building codes, regulations, permits, and zoning requirements in Mumbai. Ensure that all projects comply with relevant laws and obtain necessary permits and approvals.
Resource Management:
Efficiently allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize project efficiency and productivity.
Budget Oversight:
Monitor project budgets, expenses, and cash flows closely. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to control project costs effectively.
Quality Control:
Establish and enforce stringent quality control processes to ensure construction work aligns with industry standards, project specifications, and client expectations.
Risk Management:
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to proactively address challenges that may arise during the construction process.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, progress reports, and records. Generate comprehensive reports for management and stakeholders as required.
Requirement:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project coordination.
Proven ability to liaise effectively with architects, consultants, engineers, contractors, government bodies, and other stakeholders.
Strong expertise in preparing detailed feasibility reports for redevelopment projects, or a demonstrated willingness to learn and excel in this area.
Extensive knowledge of Mumbai's construction industry, regulations, building codes, and government policies, capacity to handle complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

Mumbai and Navi Mumbai
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
Salary:
₹500, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
