We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team.

This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects, maintaining high-quality standards, and overseeing on-site operations.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage daytoday onsite activities for interior construction projects, ensuring they are executed according to the approved plans, specifications, and timelines.
• Supervise a team of skilled workers, subcontractors, and laborers, delegating tasks and responsibilities to ensure efficient workflow and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Design teams to comprehend project requirements, schedules, and quality expectations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety regulations and company standards.
• Ensure that all construction activities comply with local building codes, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain accurate and uptodate records of project activities, including daily progress reports, materials usage, labor hours, and site conditions.
• Address and resolve any onsite issues, delays, and obstacles promptly to minimize project disruptions.
• Manage the procurement and delivery of construction materials, coordinating with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely availability.
• Provide guidance and training to site personnel, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their tasks effectively.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure seamless integration of various project elements.
• Foster a culture of safety onsite, conducting regular safety meetings, and promoting safe work practices among the team.
• Communicate effectively with Project Managers, clients, and stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and manage expectations.
• Assist in quality control inspections and implement corrective actions as needed to meet project standards.
• Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and report any budget variations to the Project Manager.
• Support the project closeout process, including the preparation of punch lists, final inspections, and client handovers.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in construction management or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreman in interior contracting or construction projects.
• Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques in interior works.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide onsite personnel.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Familiarity with construction safety regulations and protocols.
• Detailoriented with a strong focus on quality and adherence to project specifications.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
• Problemsolving skills to address onsite challenges and make timely decisions.
• Proficient in using construction management software and tools.
