Roles & Responsibility
- On time resolution
- Handling complaint closures
- First Call post orientation twice a month
- Second Call after 30days of first call
- Next Call after 30 days of Call
- Next Call after 60 days of Call
- Next Call days of after 120 call
- Next Call after 180 days of Call
- Final Call after update by Operations team
- Understand the resolutions to the common concerns & queries to offer on the spot resolution.
- After the resolution, share the student referral policy, build a rapport & softly ask for references.

How should your performance be measured?
Basis of measurement
- Complaint reduction.
- Customer satisfaction.
- No. of cases resolved on the spot.
Salary:
₹20, ₹22,000.00 per month

- Morning shift
