Description

Take Stock details, Implement Opening and Closing Check Lilst

Ensure Stock availability and Manpower and Indent accordingly for the Next day, Next week

Clean - Store, Floors, Furnitures, Display counters, Equipments and Instruments

Check and Switch On all Equipments and Machineries

Report for non functioning of above and get it repaired

Need to do Shift Briefing for the Team and given Targets, Product of the Day

Ensure there are no expiry products

Ensure proper operations of Billing Machine, EDC, Payment systems

Hand over shift to next shift inchargeafter completing all the formalities

Train Team members in the following areas and implement SOP in the store

Display of Food products in Display counter in presentable fashion

Serving of Beverages and Food products only after receiving the Bill and in fast manner (No Customer waiting)

Keep the Instruments, Vessels and Store - Spic n Span and in HygineConditions

Ensure Team members Wear -Uniform, Apron, Shoes, Caps, Gloves

Need to be neatly Groomed and Presentable, Trained to greet Customers

Maintain proper SOP Standard, Health, Integrity, Timings, Discipline and presentable

Salary:
₹13, ₹17,000.00 per month
