Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
  • Manage end to end recruitment, Niche hiring and mass hiring.
  • Prepare JD with inputs from the leads/HOD.
  • Leading, managing and supervising a team of recruiters
  • Ensuring the positions are closed with the TA
  • Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy.
  • Extensive use of portals like Naukri/Social Media networking like LinkedIn and be part of other related groups to post the open positions and communicate when needed.
  • Ability to learn quickly to be able to understand organizational processes and follow them

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
