Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
- Manage end to end recruitment, Niche hiring and mass hiring.
- Prepare JD with inputs from the leads/HOD.
- Leading, managing and supervising a team of recruiters
- Ensuring the positions are closed with the TA
- Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy.
- Extensive use of portals like Naukri/Social Media networking like LinkedIn and be part of other related groups to post the open positions and communicate when needed.
- Ability to learn quickly to be able to understand organizational processes and follow them
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
