    We at Growder Technovations Pvt Ltd is hiring HR Executive for our corporate office, Surat (Gujarat)

    Job Role: HR Executive (3- 5 Yrs Exp)

    Job Location- Surat.

    CTC: Max. 3.60 LPA

    Key Responsibilities;

    Taking care of Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Sourcing suitable profile, conducting interview, negotiate CTC and extend the offer to the selected candidate

    Manage calendar for all hiring teams and candidates

    Coordinate with deferent department, functions and HODs to understand the hiring requirement and fill the gap within given timeline.

    Initiate Joining formality and HR induction to new joiners

    Ensure issuance of IT asset, ID card, Visiting card and other business material to perform the job.

    Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices

    HR Operations, Employee Life cycle Management and HR- MIS

    Monthly attendance, Leave record, Payroll Processing and other related compliances.

    Actively support HR function in all HR and admin related activities

    Any additional responsibilities assigned time to time

    Key Skill Require;

    - Min Graduation in HR/ MBA HR/ Diploma HR with 3-5 yrs hands-on experience

    Good communication skill

    Good team plyer

    Positive attitude and willing to work in pressure.
