Supervise daily administrative operations.

  • Develop and implement effective policies for all operational procedures
  • Monitoring expenses and suggesting costeffective solutions
  • Managing Cafetoria services and healthcard services.

  • Managing cafetoria staff (Including Chef, Delivery boys, helper) for their duties, schedule, and appointments
  • Managing Café food menu, its quality and quantity
  • Sale Billing Management & Vender orders and payments.
  • Marketing of café to increase its revenue in hospital, building and outside
  • Getting a good café management software
  • Creating a good plan for cafe billing to staff, panel doctors and visitors.
  • Healthcard
  • Managing Healthcard (Acme Hospital LLP) staff (Desk boys, Delivery boys, Phlebotomist) for their duties, schedule and appointments
  • Managing Healthcard orders, accepting collecting and delivering orders.
  • Sale Billing Management & Vender orders and payments.
  • Marketing of healthcard to increase its revenue in building and outside
  • Managing marketing of Pharmacy, Lab and cafetoria to all clinics, doctors and hospitals in building and outside.
  • Managing marketing events in hospital like CME, workshop other Meets. Arranging café services, decorations, accessories, coordinating with marketing team for patients, visitor, GP or consultants.
  • Collecting funds from marketing companies for café expenses done for marketing events.
  • Collection of all grievances from patients doctors and others for Café, Pharmacy, lab and marketing events and taking corrective action on it.

Required Education:
Graduation or Post Graduation


Technical Skill :
Technical skills required for managing Café and Healthcard staff, Staff, Clients, Venders, Marketing Teams, Channel Partners. And Computer skills,Health card and increase the sales.


Verbal Ability, Problem solving / Decision-making
Should have a good communication and managing skills.


Statutory requirement/Knowledge and Specific Skills-Should have marketing and sales skills.


Experience

  • 15 YEARS

₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
