Job Description - Video Editor
Role
As a film/video editor, you'll work with a Video Producer to develop content from video footage, audio clips, sound effects, and pre-developed visual assets.
We move in a fast paced environment, producing 20-50 videos weekly and we need someone that can work quickly in this environment without sacrificing quality.
The resource will be expected toindependently manage video, audio and visual design assets provided by the Partner team and
provide completed video edits in a timely manner. The Editor will be expected to adopt file management and content creation best practices established by our other creative functions.
They will also be required to utilize our AI VoiceOver creation tools as part of the production process.
The performance of the Editor will be based on their ability to successfully create videos which meet our video production standards, their ability to accurately forecast development timelines and CSAT feedback received from requestors.
Responsibilities- Edit video content to match storyboard direction
- Ensure video quality is to the required standard
- Manage and document video content correctly
- Implement client feedback as required
- Provide clear timelines to Video Producers
- Export Captions content for localization teams
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of editing experience, with a blend of agency and inhouse experience.
- A portfolio that depicts work (with a focus on storytelling) that you have personally edited.
- Proficient in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere

Preferred qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in media production or related discipline
- Experience with
- Handson experience with or understanding of video editing hardware, technology and terminology.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment on multiple projects in a large company atmosphere.
- Ability to work on a global scale across many internal stakeholders with varying degrees of experience with film productions or video projects.
- A patient and thoughtful team player.
- Excellent organizational and negotiating abilities, with a reasonable understanding of business affairs as it pertains to talent, licensing and legal issues.
