How to apply

You will join our Support Organization department
Our customers are the consultants, engineers and other experts, who work to provide solutions to Ramboll's external customers.

We do not set a clear line between support levels, but instead, your support role will vary depending on your expertise, experience, the global workload, time of day, and global resourcing situation.

Therefore, your responsibilities will be a mix of many kinds of support tasks.

This means, that in addition to strong communication and service skills, you need to have a wide, solid understanding of various fields of FM.


Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Providing technical support to Ramboll's internal customer over the phone, in writing, using remote support and other communication channels as required.
  • Ensuring all service and support documentation is kept up to date
  • Recording all FM & RE related queries and issues in ServiceNow
  • Responding to, troubleshooting and resolving cases within required time periods and ensure timely escalation when needed
  • Continuously providing excellent customer service by being friendly, efficient and informative

Qualifications:

2 to 5 years of experience.

Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include:
Broad knowledge of FM-related services and processes, a positive attitude, and satisfaction in providing first-class customer service.


The FM Support technician we are looking for must be flexible regarding office hours, due to supporting a Global business.

You will also be expected to work 10-7 IST to ensure adequate cover for call handling 5 days per week.
