Join Nivoda as our IT Support Maestro, orchestrating a seamless symphony of technology for our dynamic and evergrowing team of over 200 individuals As the IT Support Lead, you'll be the virtuoso ensuring that our internal IT operations not only run smoothly but reach new heights of effectiveness and cohesion across the global organisation.

About the Role
This role is part of the Customer Experience team focused on our Saas offerings which are:

  • Nivoda Showroom
  • A Saas tool that enables our Brick and Mortar customers to move to a virtual inventory model
  • Feeds
  • A Saas offering for our customers who have their own websites that enables them to sync Nivoda stock directly on their website
  • Shopify Plugin
  • Enabling our customers to set up their shopify apps and link their app to Nivoda inventoryWhat will your work look like?
  • Customer Research (20%)
  • Identifying the Saas tools we can build to enable our customers to grow their business
Gathering feedback from customers to improve our existing Saas capabilities
Data (20%) Track customer usage of our Saas tools to keep improving them
Set up the right events to track user journeys
Product Development (20%) Using research and data to identify pain points and improvement areas for our Saas tools
Work crossfunctionally with business, design, marketing, research, engineering and data to come up with solutions to solve customer pain points
Growth and Adoption (20%) Work closely with data, marketing, account managers and sales to increase the adoption and usage of our Saas tools
Product Strategy (10%) Defining the overall long term vision and strategy for Saas in a way that aligns with the company goals
Requirements:
  • Clear and effective written and oral communication skills with the ability to interact and influence stakeholders
  • Experience with data querying languages like SQL (Others would be a plus)
Structured problem solver. You can identify user and business problems and use technology to solve them efficiently 35 years of product management experience is required Experience in Saas companies or B2C companies would be a plus Strong stakeholder management skills A data driven decision maker
