    Develop sell and executesupplychain transformation plans for customers (or potentialcustomers) by partnering with CXOs. Continue to manage existinglarge accounts and grow shareofbusiness with by offering additionaltechnologybased solutions.

    The incumbent willhave the opportunity to touch every part of customer s business mapout all their strategic drivers align our solutions to customerneeds and help drive execution.


    RoleResponisibities:

    Identify innovative ways toacquire new enterprise customers by radically transforming theirendto end supply chain (from procurement to delivery) using oursuite of solutions.

    Lead all presalesactivities for enterprise accounts. Built sales pipeline and makemultiple proposals to generate additional revenue through supplychain transformation as a service. Formulategrowth strategy for existing enterprise accounts (grow share ofbusiness) along with the business heads and other seniorstakeholders. Liaison with clients fordelivery demand management billing and new opportunities. Programmanage postsales execution of our solutionsIdentify alignment gaps with customer team and drive transparencyand accountability through communication andcollaboration. Lead on change impactanalysis readiness and post goliveassessments.

    Work with internalcrossfunctional teams (Product Engineering Business FinanceCustomer success SCM etc.) to structure problems analyzeopportunities and develop solutions and actionable recommendationsthrough a rigorous datadriven process.

    Monitor and drive all organizational KPIs that are critical forsuccess. Drive the operational cadence at CXO level.

    Measure& track critical KPIs &initiatives Provide insights to the businessthrough analytics and market research asrequiredWorkExperience 612 years of postMBA workexperience in role such as Strategy & operations CEO soffice consulting programmanagementcorporate planning etc.
