Job Description:


As a Field Sales Officer for Research & Laboratory Chemicals, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships within your designated territory.

Leveraging your knowledge of research and laboratory chemicals and your sales expertise, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and achieve sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve sales targets and revenue goals for research and laboratory chemicals.
  • Identify and prospect potential customers within your assigned territory, including scientific institutions, academic laboratories, pharmaceutical companies, and biotechnology firms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their research needs, providing product recommendations, and offering exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales management, marketing, and customer service teams, to support customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, scientific developments, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities and potential threats within your territory.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our products, generate leads, and expand your professional network within the scientific community.
  • Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage sales leads, and generate sales reports to monitor performance and progress against targets.
  • Provide feedback to sales management and product management teams on customer needs, market trends, and product performance to inform strategic decision-making and product development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to sales activities, including pricing, contracts, and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in field sales, preferably in the scientific research or laboratory chemicals industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed to meet with customers, attend events, and support sales activities.

Job Types:

Pay:
₹11, ₹34,136.59 per month
