- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the SCF banking market.
- Analyze client needs and feedback to identify product requirements and enhancements for our SCF banking offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, marketing, and technology, to define product strategy and roadmap.
- Develop business cases, product specifications, and pricing strategies for new SCF banking products and features.
- Work closely with technology teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications and ensure successful product implementation.
- Monitor product performance and key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements and industry standards related to SCF banking products and services.
- Provide training and support to internal teams, including sales, operations, and customer service, to ensure effective product delivery and client support.
- Act as a subject matter expert on SCF banking products, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Support business development efforts by participating in client presentations, proposals, and demonstrations as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience of minimum 4 years in banking, financial services, or fintech, with a focus on supply chain finance.
- Strong understanding of SCF banking products, including receivables finance, payables finance, dynamic discounting, LOS, LMS, treasury and related solutions.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, SQL, business intelligence platforms).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and drive innovative solutions to meet client needs.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and industry best practices in SCF banking.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
