Programme Manager

Job Overview:
Provide assistance in the implementation of training programmes with regard to technical and no-technical aspects including conduct of workshops, development of modules, preparation of reports and ICE material

Responsibilities and Duties:

Supervise training programmes
Assist in developing modules and manuals on child protection issues
Develop power point presentations on child protection issues
Assist in developing training budgets
Assist in developing training resource material
Analyse training activities and develop reports
Assist in preparing workshop reports
Coordinate with resource persons
Keep up to date with developments in training methodologies and approaches by reading relevant journals, attending workshops, etc.

**KRA: - Strengthen capacity & skills of police in handling child sexual abuse cases

Creation of user friendly resource material for police & documentation
Strengthening selfcapacity as a trainer

**KPI

The trainings will be conducted for Police professionals across all ranks in the 100 districts and sensitize them towards handling Child sexual abuse cases
Development of FAQs on child protection issues for police in Hindi & English
Development and dissemination of state wise training reports
Documentation of best practices/challenges/case studies for use of police professionals
Creation of various IEC materials for police to be used during the sessions

Gain expertise on the various facets of Juvenile Justice Act so that can take sessions for various stakeholders on Juvenile Justice Act
