About the role:


We are looking for a dedicated, result-driven business development executive to be responsiblefor all things sales - from top of the funnel to closing.

If you have a keen interest in emergingtechnology sales, love interacting with people with an entrepreneurial mindset, and are a bit of atechnology geek yourself, Aidetic is the perfect place to work for youAs the lead of the Business Development team, you'll directly work with the CEO to drive thecompany's sales.

Working in a dynamic environment, you get to add value to businesses andbusinesses who're innovating in the AI/ML space. You ll have a team of SDRs that you ll have tomanage also.


Experience:

2+ years in B2B technology sales


Responsibilities:


  • Drive the sales cycle which is focussed on providing AI/ML focused technology solutions to startups and midmarket rms
  • Analyze sales trends, market dynamics and reports to determine business growthpotential
  • Process, follow up and nurture leads in the pipelinePrepare compelling decks and proposals for sales deals and partnerships
  • Generate content for promoting or educating customers about our offerings
  • Explore and enter into enriching partnerships with other stakeholders in the ecosystem
  • Build a highfunctioning sales team at the organization

Requirements:


  • MBA from a Tier-I institution within or outside India (Musthave)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Musthave)
  • Great storytelling and design skills
  • A penchant for sales
  • Excellent research skills for high value lead generation
  • An organized approach towards sales funnel management
  • A resultdriven mindset for lead conversion
  • Quick learning ability to stay on top of new technological developments
  • Basic familiarity with AI/ML use cases
  • Content writing and designing experience
  • IT
Sales Experience: 2+ years (Must-have)

Salary:

DoE contingent on achieving reasonable sales targets


Salary:

₹2,000, ₹3,200,000.00 per year
