Job Summary:


We are looking for faculty in the academic field from the state of Maharashtra.

Responsibilities:

• Engaging Lectures

(No of lectures: 22-24 per week (7 to 8 Subject) for streams like BCom/BMS/BAF/BCBI)

• Taking part in departmental meeting and committee work.
• Visiting different academic institutions to take part in learning opportunities and gain experience.
• Collaborating with students through guidance, mentorship and tutoring to achieve their personal and professional objectives
• Recruiting new students, assisting with interviews and supporting academic counselling sessions.
• Assisting in the development of a culture that encourages development, quality and freedom of speech
• Contributing to the creation of the curriculum, grading papers and giving feedback.
• Attendance task

Minimum Qualification:

• A Master's Degree with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade) from a recognized University/Qualification as per the university/ UGC norms.

Desired skills:

• Excellent Communication & IT Skills
• Proficiency in establishing efficient systems and procedures.
• The ability to enhance institutional reputation through quality education, extracurricular activities, community service and fostering positive community and institution relationships.
• Awareness and understanding of the New Education Policy.
