ABOUT THE PRODUCT/APPLICATION SUPPORT SPECIALIST:


KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Solve technical issues like a pro, using your expertise and outofthebox thinking to come up with creative solutions.
  • Work handinhand with crossfunctional teams to resolve productrelated issues and provide customers with topnotch service.
  • Keep track of customer inquiries and resolutions using our stateoftheart CRM system.
  • Step up and escalate complex issues to the right team members, and follow through until the issue is resolved.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with product updates and new features, and using that knowledge to help customers and improve our service.
  • Be the voice of the customer by providing feedback and suggestions to our product development team.
  • Maintain product feature and issue resolution documentation in stateoftheart ticketing and knowledge management system.
  • Continuously improve the customer support experience through proactive communication and process improvements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
