Job Responsibility:

The Senior Manager / Lead Manager would lead and manage the overall provision of Human Capital Services, policies and programs for the BU. The role will be responsible for implementing HC strategy that support Org goals and objectives with the help of the extended team.
Handled BU with size ~700 people
Team handling experience is a must, including exposure to career mgmt.
Ability to handle ambiguity, manage demanding stakeholders, Employee relations / HC investigation and agility is a must skill
Professionals who have managed large scale BU s / scaled people processes promotions / performance mgmt. etc is a key and exposed to scaled IT / ITES firms is an added advantage
Hybrid working : 2 days at Office at a min

Behavioral Skills for the Role:

Strong problemsolving skills, and analytical thinking
Willing to work in a highly demanding and resultoriented team environment
Excellent communication skills; able to grasp and communicate complex ideas clearly

Education:
Masters in HR from reputed institute
