Greetings
We are looking for
Telecaller Executive for one of our client.


As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of generating sales or appointments.

You will represent the company, introduce its products or services, and effectively communicate their benefits to prospective clients.

Additionally, you will handle inbound calls, address customer inquiries, provide information about products or services, and assist with issue resolution when necessary.

You will maintain accurate records of interactions, update customer databases, and follow up on leads to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.

Excellent communication skills, a persuasive manner, and a customer-oriented approach are essential for success in this role.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products or services.
  • Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective clients.
  • Identify customer needs and offer solutions or additional products/services accordingly.
  • Handle inbound calls from customers, answer inquiries, and provide information about products/services.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
  • Keep accurate records of interactions with customers and update the customer database.
  • Follow up on leads generated through outbound calling campaigns.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate follow-up activities and support sales efforts.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role.
  • Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to persuade and influence others effectively.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.
  • Basic computer skills.

Salary:


  • 20k25k
**Experience

  • Min 2 years with good English communication.**Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
