Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Tour Operator to join our team. As a Tour Operator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing tours for our clients. This includes arranging transportation, accommodations, and activities, as well as ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our customers.


Responsibilities:


  • Plan and organize tours, including booking transportation and accommodations
  • Research and recommend destinations, activities, and attractions
  • Create detailed itineraries and travel documents
  • Liaise with suppliers, such as hotels and transportation providers
  • Manage budgets and ensure costeffectiveness
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during tours
  • Continuously evaluate and improve tour programs

Requirements:


  • 2+ years of experience in the travel industry, preferably as a Tour Operator
  • Strong knowledge of destinations, attractions, and activities
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong problemsolving skills
  • Proficiency in computer software, such as Microsoft Office and tour operating software
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Travel and Tourism

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of foreign languages
  • Experience with marketing and sales
  • Familiarity with industrystandard software, such as Amadeus or Sabre
