Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market surveys alongside competitors.
  • Identify additional offerings for students.
  • Establish connections with educational institutions (schools, junior colleges, coaching classes).
  • Initiate discussions with HODs for seminar opportunities and other BTL activities.
  • Engage students, highlighting Virohan's advantages.
  • Participate in city placement events for relevant databases.
  • Connect with parents during seminars.
  • Collect data from 12th exam centers for attracting fresh students.
  • Plan canopy activities strategically for better outreach.
  • Plan and execute marketing activities, generating sales leads.
  • Visit colleges for tieups and potential student admissions.
  • Manage local BTL activities effectively.
  • Reach monthly sales targets by nurturing agent relationships and networks.

The Successful Applicant:

  • Comfortable with field sales; committed to daily market presence.
  • Proficient in consultative sales, adept at building trust without being forceful.
  • Capable of handling sales pressures.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly in regional languages.
  • Receptive to feedback, embracing learning from mistakes and setbacks.
  • Presentable appearance and previous fieldwork experience, preferably in education.
  • Demonstrates a strong sales inclination.
  • Willingness to engage in fieldwork, generating quality leads.
  • Holds 6 months to 2 years of relevant sales experience.

Salary:
₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
