Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants on the bench to ensure their skills are effectively marketed.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and client updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in bench sales/recruiting within the IT industry.
• Strong understanding of IT technologies and job roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in HR or recruitment-related field.
• Experience working with vendor management systems (VMS).
• Familiarity with immigration processes and regulations related to hiring foreign nationals.
• Knowledge of US employment laws and regulations.
