Telecallers will make phone calls to potential customers: -
**inform customers about real estate projects for villa, plots
**answer customer queries about price, location, site visit coordination
**answer customer queries about villa details (area/size, rooms, amenities etc)
**invite customers for site visits, coordinate with sales team to arrange site visits
**follow-up with customers after site visits and coordinate with them till customer decides to buy villa or plot
**keep track of customers who called, visited project site, progress towards sales closure
