Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote banking products or services.

Lead Generation: Gather information from potential customers to identify sales leads and create a pipeline for the sales team.

Customer Interaction: Handle incoming calls from existing customers seeking assistance, information, or support related to banking services.

Feedback Collection: Resolve customer inquiries, take surveys, and gather feedback to improve customer experience.

Sales Promotion: Persuasively promote banking products or services to generate sales.

Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
