Responsibilities and Duties:
Counsel students for their course enquiry

Manage and convert leads for versatile programs

Achieve weekly enrollment, revenue, and collection targets

Own the complete sales closing life cycle for assigned leads

Attend to walk-ins, persuade and counsel potential learners on admission-related issues

Follow up with prospective leads and potential learners who have visited IIDE

Assist students with the fee collection process

Coordinate with external vendors such as Eduloan providers

Collaborate with different departments to ensure a hassle-free admission process

Demonstrate expertise in guiding appropriate course selection according to student profiles and ensure documentation as per admissions guidelines

Maintain weekly/monthly reports and related matrices showing progress on student conversions and target achievement

Required Experience and Qualifications:
2-4 years of work experience

Outstanding written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Hardworking individuals with high dedication and determination

Great listeners and trustworthy individuals who can bond with potential learners

Presentable personality

Excellent closure techniques and convincing skills

Must be a multi-tasker

Must work under high-pressure and high-paced environments

Must have a revenue mindset, be able to think in numbers, and optimize sales strategy for the existing product mix

Salary:
₹10, ₹40,000.00 per month
