    RoleOverviewAs aFinancial Due DiligenceManager you will play a pivotal role inassessing the financial health and viability of potential mergerand acquisition (M&A) targets. Your responsibilities willspan both technical analysis and managerial leadership. Here arethe key aspects of thisrole:ManagerialSkills:
    • Inthis role you will have the opportunity to work with a diverseportfolio of clients and provide valuable insights and strategicadvice
    • Develop andmaintain strong relationships with clients providing exceptionalservice and acting as a trustedadvisor
    • Manage andmentor a team of financial due diligence professionals providingguidance and support in their careerdevelopment
    • Prepareand present detailed reports and recommendations to clientsutilizing strong analytical skills and attention todetail
    • Stay uptodateon industry trends regulations and best practices and utilize thisknowledge to provide strategic insights toclients
    • Act as aproject manager overseeing multiple engagements and ensuring timelycompletion withinbudget
    • Identifyopportunities for process improvement and implement efficient andeffectiveprocesses
    • Participatein business development activities including networking prospectingand proposalwriting
    • Maintainconfidentiality and adhere to professional standards and ethicalguidelines in all clientinteractions
    TechnicalSkills
    • Understandingof Target Business: Develop an understanding of the target businessand its drivers (both sell side and buyside).
    • DataInterpretation and Evaluation: Interpret evaluate and analyzeinformation memoranda business plans publicly available informationon the targetbusiness.
    • FinancialAnalysis: Comprehensive understanding & analyzing financialdata Balance sheet P&L Cash Flow Statement comprehend legaldocuments (SPA / SHA / SSA) investment structuringetc
    • Review andAnalysis: Review and analysis of historical trading cash flow andbalancesheets
    • ProjectionsReview: Review and analysis of projections and underlyingassumptions
    • Evaluating& preparing Business / Underwriting Models &proforma financial info memos forbusinesses
    • RiskIdentification: Reporting of potential key issues for our clientincluding identification of risk or price affectingconsiderations
    • CrossBorderAssignments: Work on international assignments involvingcrossborder as well as crossservice lineteam
    • Assisting inidentifying issues of investors for purchase price reductions dealrestructuring or deal termination pre/postacquisitionissues
    Qualifications:
    • CharteredAccountancy (CA)/ Chartered PublicAccountant(CPA) degreeor MBA inFinance from a premierinstitute.
    • Minimum 7years of relevant experience with atleast 5 yearsin external audit mergers and acquisitions or financial planningand analysis.
    • Stronganalytical acumen attention to detail and ability to managemultiplepriorities.
    • Excellentwritten and verbal communicationskills.
