Marketing/Sales Executive
Seeking a Marketing/Sales Executive to drive sales and marketing activities in the builder's office sector. Responsible for client relations, achieving revenue targets, and strategic planning.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales/marketing plans.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal teams.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports.
- Represent company at events and conferences.
Qualifications:
- BBA/MBA in marketing/sales.
- 34 years experience in builder's office.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
