Greetings from KVC CONSULTANTS LTD.

We are looking for people with min 2 years of Technical Sales experience for a Leading IT Company based out of Gurgaon.

-**:

Monitor, connect, converse, engage, and resolve customer queries/complaints received on social channels.
Upselling/ Sales on Digital Media Platforms
Techical sales experience in social media campaigns are preferable
To understand and adhere to social media etiquette and response times.
To monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
Manage and coordinate escalated issues with appropriate stakeholders

Eligibility:

2+ years Technical Digital Sales experience, with at least 2 years handling Social Media Sales.

Educational Qualification:

Any Graduate

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Should have experience with social media.

Compensation:
upto 7.5LPA
Shift:247
Work Days:5 days working with 2 days rotational offs
