Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong knowledge of fullcycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Salary:
₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
