Responsibilities:

• Own the endtoend recruitment life cycle for various positions at all levels
• Partner with internal stakeholders and business leaders to understand recruiting priorities to fulfill critical hiring needs in a timely manner.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and interview teams to guide and implement an effective and efficient interview process
• Participate in diversity recruiting strategies to attract a diverse workforce to Condé Nast by hiring talented people of varied backgrounds, experiences and styles.
• Ability to build deep domain expertise, understanding of business strategy and drive innovation.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience with highperforming company
• Strong Excel or Google suite skills.
• Proven track record of building relationships with crossfunctional partners
• Understanding of the digital media landscape with knowledge of the latest tools and technologies used in the industry.
• Must be a team player and have the ability to be flexible to deal with ambiguity and be adaptable to rapid change.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and methodologies such as Linkedin Recruiter, Boolean Search or other similar capabilities.
• Previous direct hire corporate recruiting experience is a plus
• Experience in UK based hiring would be an added advantage

Salary:
₹350, ₹500,000.00 per year
