Description
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
- Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu. Responsible to maintain food logs. Support the Demi Chef de Partie or Commis II in the daily operation and work.
- Assisting in the food preparation process.
- Cooking and preparing elements of high quality dishes.
- Preparing vegetables, meats and fish.
- Assisting other Chefs.
- Helping with deliveries and restocking.
- Assisting with stock rotationCleaning stations
Salary:
Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
