Description

Basic Responsibilities include giving relevant product information to the potential customer on scheduled video calls and solving basic customer queries.


  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication (English) . Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers. Good comprehension skills ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present . Ability to concentrate and follow up on customers issues without distraction. Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently

Computer Knowledge/Skills:

  • Ability to use a desktop computer system . Familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Internet Explorer Excellent typing skills, Demonstrates understanding of the Internet.

Qualifications Required:

  • Minimum qualification required is
  • Any Graduate Fresher/ PG fresher is eligible to apply

Salary:
₹18, ₹30,000.00 per month
