Job Title-SALES CO-ORDINATOR

Experience - 3-5 years (should have assisted in sales/ coordination)


Salary - 4-6 lakhs pa
Qualification - Bachelors in any field


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • To make SQ or SO's using SAP software.
  • Assist the Sales Manager in the sales process by coordinating with different dept. to help execute the order.
  • Such as working on inquiries, sending quotation to clients, keeping track of all Inquiries reverted to clients/leads, following up with purchase team for rates, taking drawing from QC department& Drawing team.
  • Keeping the client updated on the progress of the shipment.
  • Inter department coordination work (sales team need to coordinate with purchase team, warehouse team).
  • Should be well versed and have knowledge of
    Excel, Word & Outlook, Power Point & Vlook up

  • Should know how to use Google for finding information (sales team need to look up OEM no, look for international leads on Google etc

should be able to prepare quotations from SAP

Qualities:


  • Should be smart & willing to learn about product range (technical products)

Salary:

₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
