POSITION OVERVIEW


Offering a suite of transparency services, Xogene is a leader in innovative technologies and expert services to meet global clinical trial transparency.

Combining deep transparency expertise with a modern technology stack, Xogene provides software solutions to automate tedious processes and track myriad studies, regulations and statuses.

Our four unique technology solutions offer different ways to streamline and enhance various aspects of the trial process, including study design, patient recruitment, data collection, monitoring, and analysis.

These technologies contribute to improving the efficiency, quality and participant experience in clinical trials.


KEY TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Gather requirements from key stakeholders across business units to understand the solutions needed. Design highlevel architecture and technical solutions that address security, scalability, integration, and other technical needs.
  • Develop roadmaps, flowcharts, diagrams, and other documentation to communicate solutions to stakeholders. Estimate costs, timelines resource needs, and other requirements for solution implementation.
  • Work closely with software developers and engineers to ensure solutions are implemented according to specifications.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure designed solutions function as intended.
  • Continuously monitor, troubleshoot, and improve implemented IT solutions.
  • Keep up to date with technological advancements and evaluate how new technologies can be utilized to improve business processes and architecture.

REQUIREMENT
- degree or 5+ years of commensurate experience

  • Minimum of 3+ years in a customer service or software support position
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Desire to learn software solutions and quickly onboard utilizing training documentation.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize is a must.
  • Good organizational skills and a detailoriented mindset.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and shift priorities in a fast fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency with knowledge management and bug reporting tools.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work as a team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Comfort with flexible hours to overlap hours with US and/or UK workdays.
DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CHARACTERISTICS

  • Preference for small, agile teams
  • Cloud computing experience (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
