The Role
Your Role and Responsibilities:
Certified JLPT N1-N2 Japanese language speaking & writing resources along with proficiency in English. Drive to deliver exceptional Customer Service. A cando attitude. No task is too small. Demonstrable knowledge of Jira Service Desk and Confluence or equivalent ITSM tooling. Good troubleshooting and problemsolving skills. Strong verbal and written communication, robust interaction with stakeholders and other members of the team. Ability to manage expectations, deal with complex customer concerns and improve customer service. Accountability and ownership, prioritizing own workload. Work well with others and actively contribute toward team objectives. Demonstrate a proactive approach and get things done.
Ability to work under pressure, flexible, positive, and focused during times of change.

- Ability to analyse and troubleshoot in largescale distributed systems.
- Ability to understand, explain and enhance internal tooling processes.
