Responsibilities:

• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises, including reception area, meeting rooms, pantry, and restrooms,cleaning duties, such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and garbage disposal.
• Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Ensure all equipment, such as printers and photocopiers, are in working order.
• Administrative Support
• Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and courier deliveries. Prepare outgoing mail and packages for dispatch.
• Arrange and maintain refreshments for meetings, ensuring availability of water, tea, coffee, and other supplies. Assist in setting up meeting rooms and providing support during meetings or events.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience as an office boy, office assistant, or similar role is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment and computer systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to handle manual tasks and lift heavy objects if required.
• Professional and presentable appearance.

Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month


Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)


Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Experience:

Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
