- Develop and implement strategic plans for the Centre for Leadership Coaching in alignment with the university's objectives.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of leadership coaching programs, including scheduling, curriculum development, and participant engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including university faculty, students, and external partners.
- Collaborate with internal departments to develop marketing materials and promote the leadership coaching programs.
- Monitor program effectiveness and implement improvements as necessary to meet the needs of participants and stakeholders.
- Prepare regular reports on program activities, outcomes, and impact on university leadership and external stakeholders.
- Act as a channel for a team of coaches and administrative staff, providing direction and support as needed.
