Responsibilities:

Graphic Design: Design high-quality visual assets for digital and print media, including but not limited to logos, branding materials, illustrations, marketing collateral, and website elements.

Animation Production: Develop animated content for multimedia projects, including explainer videos, motion graphics, GIFs, and interactive presentations. Utilize animation software and tools to bring concepts to life in a compelling manner.

Storyboarding: Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and storyboard animation projects, outlining key scenes, transitions, and visual elements to effectively convey messages and ideas.

Motion Graphics: Create dynamic motion graphics that enhance storytelling and engage audiences across various platforms. Incorporate kinetic typography, transitions, and visual effects to elevate the impact of animated content.

Character Design: Conceptualize and design original characters, mascots, and avatars for use in animations and branding materials. Ensure consistency in character design and personality traits across different projects.

Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of reusable assets, including illustrations, icons, textures, and animations, to streamline workflow and ensure consistency across projects.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and developers, to ensure alignment of design and animation deliverables with project objectives and timelines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Design, or related field.
Proven experience in graphic design and animation, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work samples.
Proficiency in industrystandard design and animation software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), and/or other animation tools (e.g., Toon Boom, Blender).
Solid understanding of animation principles, timing, and motion dynamics.
Strong creative and conceptual skills, with the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling designs and animations.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with a positive attitude and willingness to accept feedback and iterate on designs.
Previous experience in advertising, marketing, or digital media production is a plus.
