  • Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts
  • Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Track recruitment KPIs, like time to hire, source of hire and time to fill.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (English required, Hindi

  • Attend networking events and use social platforms to attract & retain clients. (Linked in, Facebook)
  • Collaborating with management on achieving goals.
  • Support the team with other responsibilities as required.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Enthusiastic to build good relationships with clients and team.

Qualification

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B, B2C Relationship/business development or similar role is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be Proficient in English & Proficiency in Hindi is considered as a competitive advantage.
