HOW YOU'LL SUCCEED
Review existing weekly and monthly reports that are distributed by Provisioning and Ops teams and aid in maintaining data integrity within our systems
Flag and amend data errors based on input and updates from Provisioning team and other relevant teams (includes Win/Loss, Newly Created Accounts, and user reconciliation)
Execute on Account validation within Salesforce and cross-reference checking to company websites and third-party systems for accuracy
Maintain Ex-User licence data by leveraging third-party tools to conduct due diligence on a case-by-case basis
Complete Account Transitions to ensure customers are communicated with appropriately; collaborate with Sales and Client Success leaders to ensure ownership is correct
Deliver general administration assistance to the Operations team and Provisioning Team on an ad hoc basis
Complete project-based work as assigned
WHAT IT TAKES
Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
DocuSign knowledge (not essential)
Demonstrated execution with high level of data integrity and accuracy
Prior experience in an operational support role is highly desired
Demonstrated ability to successfully multi-task
Exhibit a high level of curiosity
Smart, with a ' ̃get it done' attitude
Experience working with remote team members
Team work and initiative
