We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and other possible sources.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and convert them to closures
  • Making Outbound Calls, generating new opportunities & nurturing the opportunities generated
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Work with the teams (External/Internal) to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet desired goals.
  • Datadriven analysis with strong attention to detail and ability to execute within a matrix team structure.
  • Build, manage profitable & sustainable business in the assigned zone.
  • Develop, drive new business opportunities.
  • Ensure strategy implementation & support the sales team to achieve target
  • Mange the entire sales cycle of a new client from lead qualification to invoicing and maintain a healthy lead to closure ratio.
  • Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
  • Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships.

Skills Required:


  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Good command on communication.
  • Requires a strong, assertive approach.
  • Fast learner and passion for sales.
  • Experience data management and system updates.
  • Strong oral skills & communication in (English/Telugu/Hindi)
  • Empowered to drive results.

  • Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
  • Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet them
  • Build and promote strong, longlasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data
  • Generate leads, build and nurture client relationships

Qualification:


  • Graduate or Minimum H.S.C Cleared
  • Minimum 1 year of experience required in on field sales

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher


Salary:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month


Day range:

  • Monday to Friday

Shift:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay
  • Performance bonus

Travel requirement:

  • Travel
  • Up to 50% travel
  • Up to 70% travel

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
