Job Description:
- Work Timings: Rotational Shifts
- Work Location: Bangalore.
SKILL SETS
- Good technical troubleshooting, and interpersonal skills.
- Provides direct technical support in Troubleshooting and implementing, the solution for global infrastructure.
- Develop detailed schematics relating to new installations and existing upgradation, migration or integration.
- Thorough knowledge of Database such as Oracle, MSSQL Architecture Should Possess Knowledge Database (Oracle, MSSQL) Administration Create and maintain Database (Oracle, MSSQL).
- Daily System Monitoring related activities and troubleshooting critical issues for Database System.
- Respond to tickets / cases logged by Service Now and Automated Ticketing tool Adhere to SLA response and resolution times and ensure cases are regularly updated Compliance to change management policy and processes
- Prepare customer incident reports & monthly customer reports Assist with management of problems and escalations Retain ownership of customer issues until resolved, escalated or accepted by another individual
