    Description

    Candidate should have good experience on Cisco Security (L2) and other OEM Products.

    Job Location: Pune

    Should be open for Project Implementation and Support

    Candidate should have experience on the below mentioned


    • Hands on Experience on Cisco (ASA, FTD, FMC, IPS/IDS), Routers (ISR, ASR)


    • Excellent knowledge on dynamic routing protocols OSPF, iBGP, eBGP


    • Excellent knowledge on Firewall, Failover Scenarios, multiple context mode, Configuration, management and troubleshooting of various VPNs

    such as Site to site VPN (IKE V1 and V2), DMVPN, SSL VPN, GRE tunnelling.


    • Excellent Knowledge on NAC solution like Cisco ISE


    • Knowledge on Cisco WSA, ESA


    • Knowledge on Firewall – Palo Alto, Fortinet.


    • Port security, STP, VTP, SNMP, Syslog


    • Good logical reasoning & analytical skill


    • Daily checklists and tasks


    • Offence analysis and

    Escalation.


    • Correlation of suspicious security event logs and other Datacentre/Application events

    Job Summary

    Champion & implement the Networking solutions and ability to add intelligence throughout their enterprise.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Implement the solutions for customers within our facilities.
    • Work along with sales team and help them in building solutions.
    • Handle the projects efficiently with proper SOW/Implementation/Project plan documentation
    • Attending the calls allocated by helpdesk and daily updating to the helpdesk on the same and adheres to the support process.
    • Responsible for the customer accounts allocated by the reporting manager and ensure the SLA/Commitment are met.
    • Resolving Problems of all Network configurations.
    • Administration and Maintenance of the Network based environment or any network related issues as per the clients requirement.
    • Meet the customer requirements and resolve the issues within the timelines by ensuring

    customer satisfaction.

    • Administration and Management of Cisco Switches, Routers, Firewall management.

    Configurations of Cisco R&S

    • Providing remote infrastructure support and configuration of VPN.
    • Troubleshooting and resolving complex customer network problems across a broad range

    of technologies.
