Subfamily Description

General R&D Management (GRM) comprises the management of the engineering organisation which includes development and revision of new and existing products or services.

Covers monitoring of different engineering dimensions and priority setting and conflict resolution between the different organisational dimensions (if any). Contains formulation of long-term objectives, implementation of policies, and monitoring of engineering budget and development schedule.

Comprises optimisation of product delivery and involvement in patent search, technology surveillance, technology trends, and is main contributor in innovation management of the company.

You will be joining the Engineering (R&D) team in CCS Service practice.

What you will learn and contribute to

Recommend and evaluate appropriate technologies and tools for project requirements.
Develop highquality code for frontend and backend components using Java, Angular, Hibernate, and SQL Server.
Build, manage, and maintain Microservices while leveraging Kafka for eventdriven architecture.
Design and optimize SQL Server databases for data storage and retrieval, ensuring data integrity and performance.
Create userfriendly web interfaces using Angular, ensuring crossbrowser compatibility and an optimal user experience.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure software reliability and stability.
Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation for software architecture, code, and deployment procedures.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful project outcomes.
Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders to align with business objectives.
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members as needed.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in designing and developing complex, scalable software systems.
Proficiency in Java, Angular, Hibernate, SQL Server, and Kafka.
Strong knowledge of Microservices architecture and best practices.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

It would be nice if you also had:

Good knowledge of virtualization and container concepts: Docker; Kubernetes.
Good knowledge of IT concepts associated with the deployment of modern networks: BigData and distributed processing (Hadoop, Kafka, Spark); Cloud native software concepts (microservices architecture).
