Description

Responsibilities :

Work collaboratively with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into actionable configurations and customizations for Oracle Fusion HCM modules, with a particular focus on Compensation and Benefits (ORC).
Design, develop, and implement solutions using Oracle Fusion HCM functionality, leveraging best practices and industry standards.
Configure and customize Oracle Fusion HCM security models to ensure data integrity and access control.
Develop integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and other enterprise systems using Oracle Fusion Middleware, BI Publisher, OTBI, and REST APIs.
Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.
Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
Stay uptodate on the latest Oracle Fusion HCM functionality and best practices.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the Oracle Fusion HCM environment.
Collaborate effectively with project managers, business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver successful implementations.

Requirements :

7 years of experience working as an Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant.
Proficiency in configuring and customizing Oracle Fusion HCM modules, with a focus on Compensation and Benefits (ORC).
Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM data model, security model, and integration capabilities.
Handson experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware, BI Publisher, OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence), and REST APIs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
Experience with Oracle Cloud Applications and familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is a plus.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Certification (HCM Cloud 202X Release 1 or higher) is a plus.
