POSITION PURPOSE:


  • Monitor and upgrade data in referential system for Application Portfolio of
    CEP IT. Have a view on data quality in reporting systems, do necessary cleanup and propose improvements. Generate reports, identify and correct any discrepancies / anomalies. Take long term measures to fix data quality issues.
  • Coordinate to implement Archer GCP Program across
    CEP IT cluster.
  • Ensure effective deployment of ITGV6 procedure across
    CEP IT cluster.


CIO office provide support in the alignment of the
CEP IT to the IT Group & CIB IT Governance principles.


Responsibilities

DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIES:


APM/ Application Portfolio - Monitoring & upgrading of data in referential

  • Coordination with APM & Golden APP team covering
    CEP IT Portfolio Management for
    CEP IT assets
  • Coordination of
    CEP IT updates/additions
  • Resolution of ad hoc queries & inventory issues
  • Assisting the migration to GA for
    CEP IT Assets & the introduction of new structures (Delegated Clusters)
  • Attending APM/GA meetings

IT Risks - Control plan (Archer GCP programme)

  • Coordination of Archer controls across all
    CEP IT activities & contribution of the collection of
    CEP IT evidence
  • Liaison with OPC for all
    CEP IT evidence and gap analysis
  • Creation of plans to address the agreed gaps
  • Monitoring of remediation actions

ITGv6 Procedures deployment

  • Coordination between CIB Domains/Regions/Group functions and
    CEP IT functions
  • ITG v6.0 Steer Co preparation for
    CEP IT material
  • Creation of all
    CEP IT reporting/documentation/dashboards
  • Recommendations and action plans for all gaps
