    Job Title: Business Analyst

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with 4 to 6 years of experience in the HRMS (Human Resource Management System) domain to join our dynamic team at KiwiQA. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT services and a proven track record of successfully analyzing, designing, and implementing HRMS solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and requirements related to HRMS systems.

    2. Conduct comprehensive analysis of client needs, current systems, and processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.

    3. Develop detailed business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications for HRMS solutions.

    4. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

    5. Perform system configuration, customization, and testing to ensure that HRMS solutions meet client requirements and quality standards.

    6. Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation and deployment phases, including user training and change management.

    7. Conduct regular reviews and assessments of HRMS systems to identify areas for optimization and enhancement.

    8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HRMS technology, and proactively recommend innovative solutions to clients.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field.

    2. 4 to 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on HRMS systems and IT services.

    3. Strong understanding of HR processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.

    4. Proficiency in analyzing data, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations.

    5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

    6. Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver results within established timelines.

    7. Experience with software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques is advantageous.

    8. Relevant certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) are desirable.
