    Position Summary :

    • Entigrity is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading business analysis activities, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing ERP solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
    • This role requires a deep understanding of ERP systems, UI/UX design principles, and the ability to manage complex projects and provide strategic insights.

    Key Responsibilities :

    Advanced Business Analysis :

    • Lead the gathering and documentation of business requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys.
    • Perform indepth analysis and mapping of current business processes to identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop comprehensive business process models and workflows.
    • Create detailed functional specifications for ERP system enhancements and customizations.
    • ERP Implementation and Management:
    • Lead crossfunctional teams in the implementation of ERP solutions.
    • Configure and optimize ERP modules to align with advanced business requirements.
    • Oversee system testing to ensure the ERP system meets complex business needs.
    • Provide strategic support during ERP system upgrades and enhancements.

    Project Leadership :

    • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones for ERP initiatives.
    • Lead project teams, monitor project progress, and ensure the timely delivery of project milestones.
    • Coordinate with senior stakeholders to manage project expectations and deliverables.

    UI/UX Design and Improvement :

    • Incorporate UI/UX design principles into ERP solutions to enhance user experience and interface design.
    • Work with designers and developers to ensure the ERP system is userfriendly and meets user interface standards.
    • Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to drive continuous improvement in UI/UX.

    Strategic Training and Support :

    • Develop advanced training materials and conduct training sessions for endusers and other analysts.
    • Provide ongoing expertlevel support to users for ERPrelated issues and queries.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues in collaboration with IT and other departments.

    Continuous Improvement and Strategy :

    • Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in ERP systems and business processes.
    • Stay updated on the latest ERP trends, technologies, and best practices.
    • Recommend and drive the implementation of enhancements to optimize system performance and user experience.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with significant experience in ERP systems.
